Rob and Catherine McArthur opened Kowhai Lodge in 2018, and continue to manage it today. They are actively involved in local churches, Christian Camping, and various other ministry organisations. They live on-site at Kowhai Lodge in an attached, but separate flat, and love to have guests stay in the purpose-built retreat and conference centre.
Rob and Catherine have 4 grown-up children, and 7 grandchildren.
